Command Center

1. download WinToFlash (http://wintoflash.com/home/en/)
2. select option 1 text mode to boot(Note: option 2 GUI is default, would get missing hal.dll error)
3. after xp has installed and reboot
4. select option 2 GUI to continue to install.
4. Finally, select option 2 GUI to finish.

NOTE: tried on HP 110 mini(http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=228&lc=en&cc=ca&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=3979292#N202), it works fine.
