 1.  Edit /etc/sysconfig/clock
          * ZONE="US/Central" <-this br="" change="" is="" the="" to="" value="">          * UTC=false
          * ARC=false 
   2. run tzdata-update
   3. run /etc/init.d/ntpd restart
